At Elves, we strive to provide impeccable products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return the product under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Return Your Product:
• Email your proof of purchase and reason for return to contact@elves.in.
• We will respond within 24 hours with our approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, send the product back to us with a tracking number.

To use this service:
- Please GPay ₹180 and send us the payment screenshot.
- GPay details will be provided upon contacting us via email.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you via email.
- All refunds will be issued as store credit.
Refunds as Store Credit:
• After your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued as store credit.
• The store credit will be added to your Elves account.
• This credit is valid for 1 year.
How to Avail Your Store Credit:
To use your store credit, send us an email at contact@elves.in, and we’ll assist you in applying it to your next purchase.
Exchange policy
We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
• You must initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Exchanges are offered for:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage incurred during shipping
