Although we endeavour to provide correct information regarding colours, pictures, texts, prices and warehouse stock, inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions can occur. In the case of incorrect prices or available stock we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. ELVES reserves the right to change the content and information provided in the website at any time.

What information is collected?

If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and payment details so that we can process and fulfil your order and provide you with a personalised shopping experience. All personal data is dealt with confidentially and we will not sell or disclose any personal data to third parties unless necessary (e.g. carriers). We will ask for your telephone number to be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

DISCOUNTS & OFFERS

Discount codes and offers will be available from time to time. Each discount may have specific guidelines with geographical and age requirements. A clear start and end time will be indicated; these will be according to Indian Standard Time (IST) and discounts outside these times will not be accepted. Any discounts or offers will not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and no cash alternative will be given.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed on the website and are not binding until ELVES has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 7 to 10 days. We operate Monday through Saturday except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.

LAW

Any disputes relating to these terms of use shall be settled according to Indian law by Chennai City courts.  You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when using this website and/or placing an order from this website.
